When a monster declares an attack: You can Special Summon 1 Dinosaur monster from your hand, ignoring its Summoning conditions, also you cannot Special Summon for the rest of this turn, except Dinosaur monsters. You can only use each effect of "Horned Brute Carnovorus" once per turn.
